Surface 28 Rest Mat

Product details

A round red silicone mat provides a resting place for cooled cookware when the cooking session is finished. Fine concentric ridges and a small hanging tab make it easy to lift, rinse and store near the hob. Its 28 cm diameter accommodates the listed pan-base sizes in this range as a separate worktop accessory. It is not an approved cooking interlayer or a heat-rating claim: remove it from the hob and keep it away from active zones, hot pans and ventilation openings.

Fit and use

For cooled cookware beside Solo, Precision, Twin or Duo. Do not place between a pan and an operating hob.

Care

Wash with mild soap, rinse and dry before storage. Replace if torn or permanently distorted; keep away from active heat.
