Pan Magnetic
A cooking position, considered properly
Pan Magnetic focuses on portable induction hobs and the decisions around a usable countertop cooking position. The range distinguishes single-zone Solo and Precision from the two-zone Twin and Duo. Each listing pairs total rated power with its allowed pan-base range, so a second zone is not mistaken for a second full appliance rating.
Power Check brings the pan and supply questions together. Enter circuit amperage, voltage, the number of separate circuits and a measured pan base. The review compares rated appliance loads and highlights diameter mismatches. A magnet response is another preliminary check, not a substitute for the cookware maker’s induction instructions.
The small accessories support preparation and storage. Pan Check is used on a cool pan and removed before heating. Surface 28 provides a rest for cooled cookware beside the hob. Neither accessory belongs between an active induction zone and a cooking pan.
